IN THE BEGINNING . . . We all wanted to learn to fly. But we didn't know we already knew how.
I grew up watching most of these shows, and it saddens me that TV Land is changing, adding things like Third Rock From The Sun and playing less of classic sitcoms like I Love Lucy and Andy Griffith. Nostalgia for old b&w shows runs in my blood, I daresay.
ReplyDeletePart of it is the Boomers are aging out. Not prime consumers anymore.
ReplyDeleteThe network suits are going after the "X'ers" now that they're well into their 30's, and have dough.
